Here is what you will get from your investment with me: 

​

  • Your complimentary Clarity call (20 mins).

  • Weekly or bi-weekly calls depending on your schedule/budget. 

  • Recordings of our session for you to review so you don't have to take notes.

  • Specifically tailored resources, recommended exercises, and proven strategies for you to practice between sessions.

  • Email access to me for any and all questions during the workweek.

What will be required of you? 

​

First and foremost: a commitment to the work! My clients are dedicated to the change they want to see in their life. They show up to calls ready and excited to grow and they complete the tasks from the prior week.

​

Time Investment: My 1-1 programs are designed to create sustainable change. To do this we spend 3-6 months together. Meeting for an hour either weekly or bi-weekly as we work towards your goals. 

​

Financial investment: There is a minimum investment of $500 this changes depending on the length and intensity of the program. We will work together to make a program and cost that works best for you. 

 

 If you’re here, you already know that working with a coach is much more than a financial commitment. It asks you to pour your heart and time in order for you to get everything you want!
